Businesses that receive enquiries from a Cortek brand agree to handle consumer data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, to contact consumers only in relation to their enquiry, and to abide by the specific terms of their partner agreement with Cortek.

The Cortek name, logo, platform and content on this site are the property of Cortek. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The site and platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cortek disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
