Information we handle
When a consumer submits an enquiry through a Cortek-operated brand, we typically process contact details (name, email, phone), enquiry details (service required, location, project context) and technical information (device, browser, referrer). We only ask for what we need to fulfil the enquiry.
How we use it
We use this information to validate the enquiry, match it to a suitable partner business, deliver it to that partner, and follow up to understand outcomes. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve our platform and reporting.
Sharing with partners
Enquiries submitted on a Cortek brand are shared with the partner business best matched to the consumer's needs. Partners are contractually required to use enquiry data only to respond to the consumer and to hold it in line with applicable data protection laws.
Retention
We retain enquiry and account data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and support partner reporting. Consumers can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights or ask a question, contact privacy@cortek.co and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
